That’s A Wrap! BlackDice completes Google For StartUps Cybersecurity Growth Academy

Google For StartUps – what is it?

Earlier this year we were extremely proud to be one of 15 European start-ups selected by Google for Startups EU for their inaugural Cybersecurity Growth Academy, which kicked off in April in Madrid.

The 3-month long programme was a hands-on experience for our team, involving online workshops and mentoring sessions with Google’s pros and former start-ups that have completed the programme.

Mission Complete

Last week we attended the final academy event in the beautiful city of Paris, along with our cohort of 14 other cyber-focused start-ups, which has been an incredible learning and networking opportunity for us.

Sarah Hague, COO at BlackDice commented: “We’ve had so many tailored sessions and have been provided with mentors and advice across everything from sales, partnerships, product management, AI and culture. We have made new contacts and learnt a huge amount from our peers at Google as well as our cohort peers. We’re now looking forward to implementing our new plans!”

Whilst the programme has been completed, we’ll reconvene with everyone from the programme in October.
